Salon Etiquette

We ask that all new guests arrive 15 minutes prior to their appointment in order to fill out a consultation sheet.
If a guest is 10 minutes late they will receive a phone call and text.
If your service provider has to cancel on you 24 hours before your appointment we will call and text you to offer a new appointment with a different service provider, or to reschedule your appointment with your original service provider.

 

Refunds & Returns.

In the case you're not 100% satisfied with your service, you have 7 days from the date of service to come in for an assessment. Product charge will apply.

Aveda Colour

We ask that you wait 48 hours after you receive a colour with us before you wash your hair at home. We recommend  you use the appropriate shampoo and conditioner your service provider has suggested. This will extend the life of your beautiful new colour!

Pricing for colour can not be quoted over the phone because the stylist cannot see the exact texture, thickness, or integrity of your hair. We ask that everyone receiving a colour fills out a consultation sheet before hand so there is no unexpected expectations at the end of your service. We pride ourselves on being transparent to our guests so they know exactly what they are getting.

 

Hair Cuts

Hair cutting is our business! Our service providers work hard to keep up on eduction, gaining experience, and keeping the books full with repeat business. This is how we determine each service providers pricing. They also receive an annual increase for all efforts. We pride ourselves on providing our guests with the best service possible! Whether you receive a trim or a haircut, it will be charged as a haircut. The procedure remains the same.

 

Children Policy

Due to our relaxing nature our salon offers, we ask that any children who are not receiving a service and are under the age of 10 to please remain at home. If it is necessary for you to bring your child, we please ask that you only do so for a maximum of 30 minutes, and that they remind quiet and respectful of our other guests.
